[EVENT] Server Downtime Compensation

For this weekend only, the server will be up and running on V.60 and will have 5000x experience, and 80x drop.
The new quests will be implemented with better rewards, but the UI updates will not be featured yet.
Also, every new character made on Sunday will receive a special starter pack.
And of course, EVENTS!

5k EXP WOOT except then a hell lot of ppl are now gonna get to lvl 200 easly. Anyways can't wait for the updates
