This is newly made... and yes, I will still work on it. Just need some time. Gonna fix the colors up tomorrow, and hopefully make it less eye-burning. Be sure to suggest anything you want on this forum. 
All GMs in-game will be mods. As for admins, no. Only me and Sam *EDIT BY GMTOM* and the awesome Tom will be admins. xD

Mods are able to lock threads, move threads and just regulate the activity on the forum. Admins are allowed to edit the forum itself and can ban you mods. Dats right We Pwnerz U.
